We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders from our Christchurch Warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery is within 2-4 business days from dispatch at our warehouse to your door. Our rural customers will need to add an extra 1-2 business days.
Yes, we deliver to most rural NZ addresses. In some cases, your order may be redirected to the nearest town or courier depot for collection.

Couriers are not always provided with work phones, so they are unable to call before or during the delivery to advise of a specific time.
All deliveries are completed at ground level only. Couriers don’t carry items upstairs or via lifts.
We cannot hold orders in our warehouse to dispatch later. Once an order is placed, we aim to have in-stock items dispatched within 3 business days.
