I live rurally – can you deliver to me?Updated 22 days ago

Yes – we do deliver to most rural addresses in New Zealand. However, in certain rural locations, our courier partners may not have the ability or vehicle capacity to reach your property directly. 

In these cases, your order will still be delivered safely, but it may be redirected to the nearest town or courier depot instead. You’ll be notified if this applies to your delivery, and you can then collect your order from the designated location. 

Please note that rural deliveries can take a little longer than standard delivery timeframes. Our rural customers will need to add an extra 1–2 business days to this timeframe.
