My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it - what should I do?Updated a month ago
If your tracking information is showing that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received anything yet – try not to worry!
Sometimes, a small technical glitch in the system may incorrectly mark a parcel as delivered, even though it’s only just been dispatched or is still in transit.
