We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders from our Christchurch Warehouse on standard weekdays within 3 business days. 

*Our rural customers will need to add an extra 1-2 business days to this timeframe. 

Please note that larger or bulky items may take longer to arrive, particularly in rural areas, as they can require special handling or delivery arrangements. These deliveries may depend on local freight schedules and availability of suitable transport.

Our delivery providers usually deliver Monday through Friday.  In some cases, there may be delays, caused by extreme weather conditions, or during holiday and peak periods. With remote deliveries, it’s also possible to have further delays as they rely on local transport schedules.
