My product has arrived faulty / damagedUpdated a month ago

We’re so sorry to hear that! All Mocka products are covered by our 365-day warranty, so we’re here to help. 

To make a claim, please provide:

  • The original order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue, including which parts or panels are affected (refer to the assembly instructions if possible) 
  • Photos or a short video showing the fault 
  • If the item arrived damaged in transit, a photo of the outer packaging 

Once you have everything ready, reach out to our team through our Mocka NZ Help Center using our live chat, phone or contact us form.   

If you go ahead and assemble a damaged or faulty product, Mocka will not be liable to provide any form of compensation or reimbursement for any assembly services, additional hardware, panels or tools purchased to complete assembly.
