Can I customise my furniture?
We do not have the option to customise our furniture. All of our products are pre-manufactured to maintain quality, consistency, and efficient delivery. Our furniture comes in flat packs, ready for assembly.
Can I customise or swap items in a furniture set or bundle?
It's not possible to swap or replace items within a furniture set or bundle. Please refer to the package page for full details of what is included. If you're after something specific, we recommend purchasing individual items separately.
What is a furniture set or bundle on your website?
A set or bundle is a curated collection of two or more products that are grouped together and sold as a set. Items are carefully selected by our product team to complement each other in style, size and finish.
