How quickly can I collect my order?

We need 3 business days to prepare your order. You'll be contacted by our team when this is ready for collection.

Where do I collect my order from?

Your items will be available for collection at our warehouse 6 Stark Drive, Wigram, Christchurch, CAN, 8042, New Zealand. Please note we do not have a showroom or visible products on display.

How can I tell if my order will fit in my car?

You can find the dimensions of each carton located on the individual product page. Remember to make sure that the item you ordered will fit in your vehicle before placing your order.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Collections must take place within 7 days, or your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Is there a charge to collect my order?

Click & Collect does not incur any charge or similar. You will not be charged at checkout when using this option.

I've selected delivery and want to collect!

Dispatch can happen pretty fast and if delivery is selected we're not able to change this to a collection. Reach out to our customer service team on 03 384 1858 for further clarification on your order status.

I'm not able to collect my order, can I have this delivered?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes to it. If you’d like help finding the best shipping options, reach out to our team.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

They just need the order ready to "collect email" (digital or printed).

Can I order a Pre order for Click & Collect?

At this stage we're not able to offer a click & collect for pre orders. Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to unforeseen delays or early stock arrivals, sometimes earlier, sometimes later
